Penn Spinfisher V Live Liner Spinning Fishing Reel - SSV8500LL

The Penn Spinfisher V is the 5th generation of the venerable Spinfisher series of spinning reels. Penn took the tradition of making it tough and added many new high tech features to make a reel that is tough enough to catch any gamefish in the ocean while maintaining a lightweight and super smooth action. They added many new features such as Water Tight Design and the Water Proof Slammer Drag. Plus, this is the Live Liner version which has a lever that engages a lighter drag that allows baits to swim freely. When the fish strikes, you just turn the handle and the main drag is automatically reengaged.
